Having a strategy to enhance human resource performance is important for every organization in order ensure its sustainability global, competitive world. Organization needs recognize the key factors which play fundamental roles improving so that efforts are effective and right on target. Transformational leadership structural empowerment two have vital roles. The aim of this study analyze effect transformational through work engagement. population were employees furniture manufacturing company Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia. sampling technique employed was purposive random with 100 respondents it used questionnaire as research instrument. Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis technique. results showed positive significant engagement performance. Work also found mediate influence
